Terms of Service Asa Prodigy DNA Report

By ordering and/or receiving Asa Prodigy DNA Report (DNA report), you understand and know the policy to protect all use of the Services provided by Asa Ren. Asa Ren provides this service for lifestyle and education purposes only. Thus, all the information in the results of the DNA report cannot be used for self-diagnosis by you and this DNA report cannot be considered as consultation with a medical professional.
You may use DNA Services/Reports only if you are of legal age according to applicable relevant laws and regulations. In this DNA Service/Report, a child is considered as an underage person below 18 years old. Children are not permitted to use or access the Services unless their use of the Services is authorized by their parents or guardians who agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions provided prior to using the Asa Ren Services. Any use of or access to DNA Services/Reports by children who are not directly supervised by adults is strictly prohibited and violation of Terms of Services.
DNA Services/Reports may not be available to any of you who were previously removed from the Services by Asa Ren. By using the Service/DNA Report, you represent and warrant that you have full right, power and authority to comply with the Terms and Conditions and to fully perform all of your obligations that you have performed. Furthermore, you further represent and warrant that you are not under any legal or contractual limitation that prevents you from using the Asa Ren Service.
You will be deemed to have read and agreed to the DNA Report Terms of Service. Therefore, if you do not agree to some or all of the terms of the Service, please stop using the Service.
Independent Sampling
In each Service that you have purchased, you will receive a set of components consisting of a consumer consent letter, swab stick, DNA sample storage tube, manual, gloves, pouch containing absorbent pad, unique code, and cover letter from Asa Ren representative to you (hereinafter referred to as “DNA Test Kit”). You are responsible for taking and ensuring that the DNA sample taken is your child's DNA sample. You must follow the DNA sampling guidelines that Asa Ren has provided in the sampling kit orDNA Test Kit the. After the DNA sample has been taken, you are required to send your DNA sample according to the shipping instructions in the guide Asa Ren has provided. Your failure to follow each step of the guided sampling buccal mucosa of the oral cavity, can result in the resulting DNA sample being unable to carry out further testing and/or the quantity of the DNA sample being too low. Asa Ren provides your DNA re-sampling service at no extra charge for one time only. If you still fail to provide the DNA sample according to the guidelines by Asa Ren, then you are deemed not to have exercised your right to continue the service, you agree to release Asa Ren from all forms of compensation due to this issue.
After taking the sample, you must store the sample in the place provided according to the guidebook. You must immediately send the sample to Asa Ren. If the sample is not sent immediately, then you must store the sample according to the manual. The results of the sampling that has been carried out by you must be received at the Asa Ren lab no later than 7 days after the sampling was carried out.JIf the sample is taken by the Asa Ren Homeservice Team, then the sample will be brought directly by Asa Ren's ATLM.
Delays in receiving samples at the Asa Ren lab and/or incorrect storage of samples by you and/or mishandling of sample shipments may result in the sample being unfit for testing. Asa Ren can request a new sample only for 1 re-sampling at Asa Ren's expense.
Asa Ren implements Laboratory Technical Problem Risk prevention procedures or Laboratory Error Standards that are effectively implemented in testing laboratories to protect and prevent against technical and operational problems although problems may still occur. Errors can occur due to improper sampling by you. Including but not limited to sample damage that may occur during delivery due to constraints such as inadequate documents, wrong labels, wrong address on the package, loss of samples at the testing laboratory or delays based on the fault of Asa Ren Partners. Obstacles that may prevent a laboratory from obtaining proper results, including, but not limited to: contamination of DNA samples; deficiencies in your sampling; non-interpretable results; problem data genotype; and, your mislabeling of the DNA sample. When such problems are encountered, Asa Ren can request a new sample for only 1 re-sampling at Asa Ren's expense.
You agree that Asa Ren has the right to analyze, test, extract and research your Child's DNA sample at Asa Ren's Laboratory and/or Asa Ren's affiliated Laboratory and/or third party laboratories that work with Asa Ren.
Home Service Sampling
In Home Service, Asa Ren conducts DNA sampling directly at your location by Asa Ren health workers. To use this service you are required to give confirmation to the Asa Ren team in advance, the Asa Ren team will then schedule the arrival of the DNA sampling service to your location according to the available schedule along with the price for the DNA sampling service at your location. Your absence at the specified location, you can submit a rescheduling within 6 (six) hours to Asa Ren, more than that hour without any notification from you, you have agreed to cancel the DNA sampling service for your child and you are not able to submit a return request.
Report Results, and Limitation
DNA Report contains information intended for informational and educational purposes. This report is not intended to be a clinical diagnostic report but rather an assessment of limited health risk factors based on DNA testing. The information provided is not intended for medical diagnosis or medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for medical treatment or a doctor's visit. This report does not take into account your child's current health condition or any medication that has been prescribed for your child.
All information and advice in kinda genetic predisposition score for a child's specific or general personality characteristics, nutritional needs, and fitness This DNA report, is based on the following statement:
That you have properly complied with the sample collection requirements for your Child;
That you have accurately provided the required details for your Child in the pre-test consent form;
That you have agreed to the statement in the General Terms of Service;
That Asa Prodigy DNA Report is recommended for children with age from 5-15 Years;
That Asa Prodigy DNA Report, provide recommendations for directions to parents/trainers/professionals related to the results of the child's genetic profile;
That the report's recommendations of Asa Prodigy DNA Report are written by experts who are competent and relevant in their respective fields;
That your actions or inaction based on the statements and recommendations in your Child's DNA Report are your sole responsibility.
Your Child's DNA Sample has been checked to identify your child's genetic profile. This is indicated by a number of specific SNPs (Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms), which represents Your Child's DNA sequence and has been shown to be related to human health. The selection of specific SNPs is known through research publications peer-reviewed, which comprises strong scientific and statistical significance in the study of genetic associations. Your SNP is thoroughly analyzed using standardized laboratory equipment and supplies and carried out by competent laboratory personnel.
Our inspection may not identify all variations not covered in the test panel. This includes mutations associated with health risks, exercise response, and the risk or potential of having a characteristic identified on a DNA report. Your child's DNA test results may be affected by a rare condition (hematolymphoid neoplasm, bone marrow transplant, recent blood transfusion), and the DNA analyzed may not represent a picture of your child's genome as a whole.
Genetic risk scoring algorithms are used to analyze your child's genetic profile and generate genetic predisposition scores for a child's personality characteristics, nutritional needs, and fitness. Having a genetic predisposition to a condition does not mean that condition will appear later. Lifestyle and environmental factors also play a role and can influence the characteristics or markers that may appear.
The most current information available in the medical literature and database scientific, as well as bioinformatics and algorithms used in analyzing data are subject to change. As a result, actual information may be updated to complement or replace the data used in the DNA Report that has been provided to you. This results in the possibility of tailoring the risk analysis based on your genetic profile and advice and prevention of associated conditions. You understand and agree that based on this new information and/or changes to our bioinformatics analyzes and laboratory algorithms, we may update or modify your DNA Report at our sole discretion. So that it can change the results of your DNA report. You unconditionally waive any and all claims against us for any revisions or modifications to the DNA Report and related services we make in accordance with our standard operating procedures.
The information in this DNA Report may or may not apply to your condition,we advise you to consult a doctor or medical professional before confirming, acting on, or not acting on any of the suggestions in this DNA Report. You must not delay consultation, ignore medical advice, or discontinue medical treatment because of the information provided in this DNA Report. In this case, you are responsible for any actions that you do or don't do for and/or to your child, as a consequence of the endorsement and advice in this DNA report, and you will assume that Asa Ren, its affiliates, directors, commissioners, employees, appointed professional consultants and their representatives, are not responsible for any losses, costs and expenses as a result of you.
Any information provided by Asa Ren, including any information contained on the site web us or our application or in one of our DNA Reports, is provided solely as additional information to assist you, your doctor, nutritionist and/or fitness trainer in making decisions about the health and potential of your child personally.
Privacy
We care about your privacy. Our Privacy policy defines how we collect, use, disclose and store your personal information and how it is transferred and processed in Indonesia. Our privacy policy also contains details about how to exercise your privacy rights (such as access and correction) and how to file a complaint.
In the case of a DNA Report, if you choose to provide your DNA report to a third party either the individual whose access you have facilitated, intentionally or unintentionally, or to a third party for diagnostic or other purposes. You agree to defend and hold harmless Asa Ren, Asa Ren employees, contractors, successors and assigns from any and all liabilities arising from the disclosure or use of your DNA report.
Intellectual Property
The trademarks, logos and other information and materials described in the Asa Ren DNA Report are protected by applicable trademark, copyright and other laws, as applicable. None of the trademarks, logos, or other information or materials provided in the DNA Report may be used by you in any way without Asa Ren's prior written consent. Asa Ren will always be the sole owner of any trademarks or logos. You may not use, modify, or post any name, icon, logo, or mark without our express written consent. Asa Ren only permits you to download and use the DNA Report solely for personal use and is not transferable.
You are prohibited from using a DNA Report to:
Sublicense, resell or rent your DNA Reports;
Use or display DNA Reports independently on the site web or any other place designed to encourage or involve the sale, licensing, or other distribution of the Services.
Incorporating DNA Reports into any product that results in the redistribution or reuse of DNA Reports or is made available in such a way that a person can extract or access or produce DNA Reports as a file;
reverse engineer,decompile, or disassemble any part of the source code and/or genetic data, including character descriptions, interpretation of results, judgments, suggestions, lists of genes, and genotypes contained in the DNA Report.
Limited Liability
Referring to applicable laws, Asa Ren is not responsible or responsible for:
personal injury or property damage, of any kind, as a result of your access or use on Layanan Asa Ren;
any unauthorized access or use into the protected Asa Ren server and/or any and all personal information, or into the DNA Test stored therein;
any interruption or interruption of transmission to or from the Service;
any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Asa Ren Service by any third party;
any errors or omissions in the content/DNA Report or any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of the content/DNA Test posted, sent by email, submitted, or made available through the Service; and/or
loss or deletion of your Content/DNA Report.
Under no circumstances will Asa Ren, its affiliates, agents, directors, commissioners, employees, consultants, suppliers or licensors be liable to you for any claims, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses in an amount that exceeds the amount that you pay to Asa Ren.
You are responsible for and release and protect Asa Ren from all kinds of claims, demands and decisions arising from or related to claims for compensation or other demands from other parties related to these Terms of Service. In connection with the responsibilities mentioned above, you will indemnify (including legal fees incurred) to Asa Ren in relation to such claims, demands and judgments.
In addition, if you choose to provide your DNA test report to a third party - whether an individual whose access you facilitated, intentionally or unintentionally, or to a third party for diagnostic or other purposes - you agree to defend and release Asa Ren, an Asa employee.Ren, contractors, successors and assigns of any and all liability arising from the disclosure or use of your DNA test report.
No Guarantee
This service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Use of the Service is at your own risk. Subject to applicable law, DNA Services/Reports are provided without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, Asa Ren does not warrant that DNA Reports, including that the Services will meet your requirements; that the DNA Service/Report will be available at a certain time or location, without interruption or guaranteed security; that any defects or errors will be corrected; that the DNA Report published by Asa Ren has something in common between you and other users; or information or facts with high or 100% accuracy; or that the DNA Service/Report is free of viruses or other harmful components; every smoothness of service; (v) every bug, virus, trojan horse, or the like as may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.
Referring to the applicable legal provisions, Asa Ren is not responsible to you or anyone who claims on your behalf for claims, proceedings, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with acting, or not acting, on information or the advice listed in this DNA Report. Under no circumstances shall Asa Ren including affiliates, agents, directors, commissioners, appointed employees be liable to you for any claims, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses or costs in an amount that exceeds the amount you paid to Asa Ren based on the results of arbitration or court.
Change and Separation
These DNA Report Terms, together with their amendments and additions, constitute an integral part of the General Service Terms created by Asa Ren. If any item of these DNA Report Terms is found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these DNA Report Terms which will remain in full force and effect.

By using the Asa Ren Service, you are deemed to have agreed to all of the Terms and Conditions of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer regulated by the Asa Ren Platform, both the application and the website, which are an integral part of the terms and policies set by Asa Ren from time to time
