Terms of AsaX

AsaXperience (“AsaX”) is an aggregator service that helps you to find offers for certain products. You may use AsaX Services (“Service”) only if you are of legal age under the relevant Indonesian laws and regulations. In this Service, a child is considered as a person under 18 (eighteen) years of age. Children are not permitted to use or access the Services unless their use of the Services is authorized by their parents or guardians who agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions provided prior to using the Asa Ren Services. Any use or access to the Services by children who are not directly supervised by adults is strictly prohibited and violates the agreed Terms and Conditions.
This Service may not be available to any User who was previously removed from the Service by Asa Ren. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have full right, power and authority to comply with the Terms and Conditions and to fully perform all of your obligations that you have performed. Furthermore, you further represent and warrant that you are not under any legal or contractual limitation that prevents you from using the Asa Ren Service.
You will be deemed to have read and agreed to the AsaX Terms of Service and General Service Terms. Therefore, if you do not agree to some or all of the Service terms, please stop using the Service.
Offer
Offer is something that is offered for a product sold by a party, namely in the form of including but not limited to vouchers, discounts, certain promotions ("Offers"). Offers on Asax Services are for products and services provided by merchants (each referred to as a “merchant”), and if you choose to accept the Offers, transactions will be made between you and the merchant.
Before you buy a product or service or accept an Offer, please read the entire description of the Offer, including fine print and additional information, terms and conditions on the service. You are responsible for understanding what you are purchasing and for following the merchant's instructions. The terms and conditions of the Offer, including the rebate, refund and cancellation policies, are governed by the merchant's policy, not ours. Please contact the merchant directly for questions regarding the Offer or your transaction with the merchant.
You agree to use the offer in accordance with the rules for using the offer applied by the Merchant.
AsaX Limitations
Your transactions with merchants through the Application, including merchant websites accessed through our Application, are only between you and the merchant. Thus, when you engage in transactions with merchants through the Application or access merchant websites, you do so based on their terms and policies, not Asa Ren's terms and policies. Complaints, questions and claims regarding transactions with any merchant should be directed to that merchant.
We make no guarantees about the Offer and are not responsible or liable to you (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for the use, quality or delay in delivery of goods or services from merchants; errors regarding prices, descriptions and availability, or discounts, offers, promotions and coupons related to product or service offers promoted or available through our site or services.
Asa Ren is not a party to, or in any way responsible for, your relationship with merchants, including when we have an affiliate relationship with merchants. We are not responsible for fulfilling the Offer or for the products and services in the Offer. We do not control the terms of the Offers or the products or services associated with the Offers, including their availability or the merchant's right to sell them. We do not guarantee the truth or accuracy of the Offer.
Asa Ren refuses to guarantee or perform any obligations in terms of monitoring, verifying, editing, deleting, or continuing to display any Offers and/or User Content and all obligations to monitor, verify, edit, delete, or continue displaying Offers and/or any User Content.
No Warranty
This AsaX service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Use of this AsaX Service is at your own risk. To the extent not contrary to applicable law, AsaX Services are provided without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, Asa Ren, and its subsidiaries do not guarantee that the AsaX Services will meet your needs; that the AsaX Service will be available at a certain time or location, without interruption or guaranteed security; that any defects or errors will be corrected; or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components. You will be fully responsible for any damage to your computer system or mobile device or data loss resulting from your use of AsaX Services. Under no circumstances will Asa Ren, its affiliates, agents, directors, commissioners, employees, suppliers, appointed professional consultants or licensors be liable to you for any claims, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses or costs exceeding the amount you pay to Asa Ren based on the outcome of an arbitration or court award.
Changes and Severability
These AsaX Terms, along with the amendments and additions thereto, constitute an integral part of the General Service Terms made by Asa Ren. If any terms of these AsaX Terms are deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of those provisions will not affect the validity of the other provisions of these AsaX Terms which will remain in full force and effect throughout your use of the Service.
Closing
By using the Asa Ren Service, the User is deemed to have agreed to all of the Terms and Conditions of Service, Privacy Policy, dDisclaimer regulated by the Asa Ren Platform, both the application and the website, which is an integral part of the provisions and policies set by Asa Ren from time to time.
