AsaX

AsaX is an artificial intelligence ("AI")-based conversational interface designed to help users answer questions and generate text or other outputs using AI models.

AsaX Use and Limitations

As part of the Service, User may submit prompts or data ("Input") which will be treated as User Content under these Terms. In providing Input, User must not use AsaX to:

• Involve in activities that are prohibited by laws and regulations;

• Invade another person's privacy; 

• Promote or engage in any illegal activity, including child exploitation or trafficking illegal goods and substances;

• Use manipulative or deceptive techniques that is impair informed decision-making;

• Exploit vulnerabilities such as age, disability, or socioeconomic circumstances;

• Evaluate or classify individuals based on their social behavior or personal traits (including social judgments or predictive profiles) in ways leading to discrimination or prejudice;

• Assess or predict the risk of individuals committing criminal offenses based solely on their personal characteristics;

• Use the Services to harm yourself or others, promote violence, or compromise system security;

• Reuse or redistribute output to deceive, harass, or harm others.

Output and Use of Health Data

In responding to Input from the User, AsaX generates AI-based text or other responses ("Output"), which may draw upon:

• Model-specific information up to a defined training date;

• User DNA Test Report;

• User health reports such as Medical Check Up (MCU).

To produce an Output:

• The User represents that they have the legal right to use and provide such data, either as the owner or with proper authorization.

• The User must not upload third-party data without valid consent.

• AsaX is intended to assist with interpretation and analyses of health data through automation, not to replace, and is not intended to replace professional advice. AsaX does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the Output.

• Output is automatically generated and does not represent human thought or opinion. The AI may misinterpret informal language and lacks of human emotional understanding, so Output may appear impersonal or inaccurate.

• The User acknowledges that Output may be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete. User should not rely on AsaX as the sole source of truth and must consult qualified professionals before making health decisions. All actions or omissions based on AsaX Output are solely the User's sole responsibility.

• The intelligence model that Asa Ren uses to develop AsaX may change from time to time, including but not limited to improvements in the performance and quality of the output. The User understands and agrees that changes to this AI model and/or to the algorithms used may affect the User's AsaX results. Accordingly, the User grants Asa Ren the right to update or modify the User's AsaX results in line with Asa Ren's policies. The User unconditionally waives any and all claims against Asa Ren for any updates or modifications to AsaX and related services carried out in accordance with Asa Ren's standard procedures.

AI Model

AsaX uses third-party AI models (e.g.,Google Gemini or others, which may change over time) to receive Input and generate Output. Asa Ren ensures that the AI model vendors act solely as data processors and do not use the Input except for processing and generating Output. Input processing may include cross-border transfers to countries where vendors or their infrastructure operate. Asa Ren ensures that such transfers meet or exceed Indonesian and international data protection standards.

By using this Service:

• User understands and agrees that Input may be processed by the third-party vendors;

• User acknowledges that data may be processed outside of Indonesia;

• User agrees that Asa Ren may change or update its AI vendors or types at any time for technical or policy reasons, while maintaining data privacy and security commitments.

Subscription, Payment, and Cancellations

By subscribing to and using AsaX, User agrees to the following terms:

1. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of these Terms or the Service at any time, without prior notice.

2. We may update or modify subscription plans and features at our discretion.

3. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, according to the selected plan. By subscribing, User authorizes automatic recurring charges and must maintain accurate payment information.

4. Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle. If renewal payment fails, the subscription will terminate automatically.

5. User may cancel their subscription at any time through account settings. Upon cancellation, access to paid features will immediately end, and no partial refunds will be issued.

6. Voucher codes or promotional offers apply for one billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

7. Free trial automatically converts to paid plans unless cancelled before expiration.

8. All payments made are non-refundable except for verified service errors, subject to our discretion.

Sources and Third Party Links

AsaX may contain links or integrations with third party websites or services. Asa Ren is not responsible for the accuracy of the sources and privacy practices of links from Output. Asa Ren's Privacy Policy does not apply to the links from the Output. We encourage the User to review the privacy policies of these third-party websites or services before providing any personal information.

Privacy

Asa Ren Privacy Policy determines how we collect, use, disclose and store Users' personal information and how such information is transferred and processed in Indonesia. It also explains how Users' can exercise their privacy rights (e.g., access, correction, deletion) and how to submit a complaint.

Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the Services—including but not limited to source code, user interfaces, designs, logos, trademarks, AI models, datasets, and documentation—are owned by Asa Ren. AsaX is protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. With the exception of Input and Output AsaX, AsaX is provided under a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license subject to the following:

1. User may use, store, share and modify AI-generated content for personal purposes.

2. Asa Ren does not claim ownership of User's Input submitted to the Service.

3. User is solely responsible for ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable laws, ethics, and third-party rights.

User is prohibited from doing the following:

1. Sublicensing, reselling, or renting AsaX;

2. Using or displaying AsaX independently on any website or venue for sale, licensing, or distribution purposes.

3. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any source code and/or genetic data, including character descriptions, result interpretations, assessments, suggestions, gene lists, and genotypes contained in the Service.

Limited Liability

In accordance with applicable law, Asa Ren shall not be liable or responsible for:

1. Any errors, mistakes or inaccuracies in the Output;

2. Any personal injury or property damage, in any form, resulting from the User's access to or use of Asa Ren Services;

3. Any unauthorized access to or use of Asa Ren's secure servers and/or any personal information, or DNA tests data stored therein;

4. Any interruption or cessation of transmissions to or from the Services;

5. Any bugs, viruses, trojans, or similar harmful materials transmitted by third parties through Asa Ren Services;

6. Any loss, corruption, or deletion of Output.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asa Ren, its affiliates, directors, commissioners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable to the User for any claims, proceedings, obligations, damages, losses or costs exceeding the total amount paid by the User to Asa Ren.

The User agrees to release, defend, and hold harmless Asa Ren from any claims, demands, liabilities, or legal actions arising out of or related to any third-party claim connected with these Terms of Service. The User shall indemnify Asa Ren for any related costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees).

No Guarantees

The User understands and agrees that AsaX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Asa Ren and affiliated entities make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Asa Ren and its affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for: (a) the accuracy, completeness, availability, timeliness, security or reliability of the Services; (b) any damage to the User's device, loss of data, or other harm resulting from the use of the Services; (c) the compatibility or operation of of the Services with other applications, systems, or devices; (d) whether the Services will meet User's needs or operate without interruption, securely, or error-free; and (e) any deletion, loss, or failure to store or transmit User content or communications. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Asa Ren or through the Services, shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

In accordance with applicable laws, Asa Ren shall not be liable to the User or third party for any claims, proceedings, losses or damages in any kind arising from or related to any action or omission based on the information results provided through AsaX. Under no circumstances shall Asa Ren, its affiliates, directors, commissioners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable to the User or any third party for any claims, proceedings, damages, losses or costs in an amount that exceeds the total amount that the User paid to Asa Ren based on the results of an arbitration or court award.

Change and Separation

These Terms, together with any updates or amendments, form an integral part of Asa Ren's General Terms of Service. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity of such provision shall not affect the remaining provisions, which will remain in full force and effect.

Acceptance

By using Asa Ren Services, the User agrees to the General Terms of Services, Privacy Policy, and AsaX Terms of Service as published on Asa Ren's application and website. These documents collectively form a unified set of policies and terms applicable to all Users and may be amended by Asa Ren from time to time.
