Terms of Nourish DNA Report Service

By ordering and/or receiving Nourish DNA Report (“DNA Report”) and Nourish Nutrition Guideline (“Nutri Guideline”), You as the user of this DNA Report and Nutri Guideline (“User”), understand and agree to comply with the General Terms of Service and this Disclaimer of PT Asa Ren Global Nusantara (“Asa Ren”).
Report Results and Limitations on DNA Report
User’s DNA Report contains information intended for lifestyle and educational guidance only. User DNA Report is not intended to be a fully comprehensive medical report, appropriate, and meet what User needs. The information provided is not intended for medical diagnosis or medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for medical treatment or a doctor's visit. The user DNA Report does not take into account the User’s current health condition or any medications the User has been prescribed.
All information and advice in the form of a score about the User’s personality, health status, exercise habits, or diet, whether specific or general in the User DNA Report, is based on the following assumptions:
That User has met the sample collection requirements correctly.
That User has accurately provided the required details in the consent form before sample collection.
That User’s actions or inaction based on the informations and recommendations in the DNA Report are the User’s sole responsibility.
A DNA sample has been examined to identify User’s genetic profile. This is indicated by a number of specific SNPs (Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms), which represent User DNA sequences and have been shown to be related to human health. The selection of specific SNPs is known through peer-reviewed publications, which have strong scientific and statistical significance in genetic association studies. User SNP is thoroughly analyzed using standardized laboratory equipment and supplies and carried out by competent laboratory personnel.
Asa Ren examination may not identify all variations not covered in the test panel. This includes mutations associated with health risks, exercise responses, dietary requirements, and lifestyle factors. User test results may be affected by a rare condition (hematolymphoid neoplasm, bone marrow transplant, recent blood transfusion), and the DNA analyzed may not be representative of the User genome as a whole.
Genetic risk scoring algorithms are used to analyze the User’s genetic profile and generate individual scores for each relevant nutritional genomics and metabolic trait in the DNA Report. The score represents the User’s genetic predisposition and susceptibility to developing certain conditions (such as health problems/nutrient metabolism/dietary responses). However, having a genetic predisposition to a condition does not mean that the condition will occur. Lifestyle and environmental factors also play a significant role and can influence the manifestation of these traits.
The current information available in the medical literature and databases, and the bioinformatics and algorithms used in analyzing the data are subject to change. As a result, actual information may be updated to complement or replace the data used in the DNA Report that has been provided to the User. This results in the possibility of tailoring the risk analysis based on the User’s genetic profile and advice and prevention of associated conditions. User understands and agrees that based on this new information and/or changes to Asa Ren's bioinformatic analysis and laboratory algorithms, Asa Ren may update or modify the User DNA Report at Asa Ren's sole discretion. So that it can change the results of the User DNA Report. Users unconditionally waive any and all claims against Asa Ren for any revisions or modifications to the DNA Report and related services made by Asa Ren in accordance with Asa Ren's standard operating procedures.
User health is the User’s responsibility. Whenever the User has concerns that the information in the User DNA Report may or may not suit the User’s condition, Asa Ren advises the User to consult a doctor or medical professional before confirming, acting on, or not acting on any of the suggestions in the User DNA Report. The user must not delay consultation, ignore medical advice, or discontinue medical treatment because of the information provided in the User DNA Report. In this case, User is responsible for any actions User did or did not take, as a consequence of the interpretation and advice in the User DNA Report, and User will assume Asa Ren, its affiliates, directors, commissioners, employees, appointed professional consultants, and representatives, is not responsible for any of User losses, costs, and expenses.
DNA Report is provided solely as additional information to assist doctors, nutritionists, and/or User fitness trainers in making decisions for User personal health. DNA Report provides insight into how User genetics affects User health and wellness.
Report Results and Limitations on Nutri Guideline
User’s Nutri Guideline contains information intended as a guide in understanding User nutritional needs based on genetic profile, specifically how genetic variations influence the metabolism of nutrients and other diet-related traits outlined in User’s DNA Report. It also considers demographic data, clinical measures, health information, dietary goals, eating habits, and physical activity that User provide through the questionnaire. The Nutri Guideline is designed to help User to select appropriate food sources, determine daily portion sizes, and establish ideal calorie intake, all of which may influence disease progression and response to treatment. Please consult a healthcare professional before making any significant dietary changes. This guideline is not intended as a medical report or clinical diagnosis. The Nutri Guideline is created solely to provide personalized nutritional recommendations based on artificial intelligence models from User DNA sample analysis report, diet and health information from questionnaires that User fills out.
All User dietary and nutritional information and advice, whether specific or general on this Nutri Guideline, is based on the following assumptions:
That the User has accurately provided the required details in the Nutri Guidelines consent form and questionnaire before sampling and analysis is carried out.
That the User's actions or inaction based on the informations and recommendations in the Nutri Guideline are the User's sole responsibility
That the User understands that artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields of study and the probabilistic nature of machine learning, Nutri Guideline may produce recommendation results that do not accurately reflect User needs.
Based on the assumptions above, User understands and agrees that:
The Nutri Guideline is personalized by an artificial intelligence model of the User's genetic profiles, demographic data, clinical measures, health information, dietary goals, eating habits, and physical activity;
This Nutri Guideline created using artificial intelligence provided through the Services is intended to complement, not replace, and is not intended to replace professional medical advice and our Nutri Guideline does not guarantee the full accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the recommendations provided and User should not rely on our Nutri Guideline as the sole source of truth or factual information, or as a substitute for professional advice and User should consult with their healthcare or medical professionals before acting or not acting on the information provided in the Nutri Guideline and User should not delay consultation, disregard medical advice, or a nutritionist's dietary recommendations because of the information provided in this Nutri Guideline;
The artificial intelligence model that Asa Ren uses in making the Nutri Guideline is subject to change, including but not limited to improving the performance and quality of the output. The User understands and agrees that based on this artificial intelligence model and/or changes to the algorithms we use may affect the User's Nutri Guideline results. So that the User understands and gives Asa Ren the right to update or modify the User's Nutri Guideline based on our policy. User without any conditions waive any and all claims against us for any revision or modification of the Nutri Guideline and related services that we make in accordance with the standard procedures that we implement.
